Description:
This machine can fill liquid into bottles fully automatically by 3 axis motions. Operator just need to put the bottles into the bottle holder (usually a bottle holder can hold 100 bottles), then put the bottle holder on the machine. Then the machine will automatically fill up all the bottles. Workers then replace the previous bottle holders with new ones and repeat the previous process. This machine can save a lot of labor cost and increase productivity.
It’s comes with peristaltic pump, which is typically used to pump clean/sterile or aggressive fluid to prevent cross contamination. Because the only part of the pump in contact with the fluid being pumped is the interior of the tube.
The pump able to handle slurries, viscous, shear-sensitive and aggressive fluids. Furthermore, it is low wastage and easy to clean and sterilize. Besides, it is low maintenance needs, due to it has no valves, seals and glands.
